For many guests, Undercastle Cottage is not a one-time stay. It becomes part of the year, with the cottage feeling more like a second home than a holiday. We see guests returning through all the seasons to relax, watch the wildlife, enjoy the ever- changing views and spend time by the river.
Pony Privileges is our way of saying thank you.
How it Works
After your stay, you’ll receive a personal reward code linked to your email address.
This code can be used against your next stay when you book directly with us at the
full advertised rate. With each qualifying stay within a rolling 24-month period from
your last visit, the rewards increase:
After one stay £300 off
After two stays £400 off
After three stays £500 off
Guests who reach four stays move to our bespoke Pony Privileges tier, where rewards are arranged personally for each future visit.
The Finer Details
If more than 24 months pass between departures, the loyalty cycle will begin again.
Codes are non-transferable, have no cash alternative, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Each code can only be used once.
